I’m Teri and I usually use the eclectic approach with my clients in therapy including, but not limited to—humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive approach to name some—as well as mindfulness, really depending on what my client needs. My main objective is to help my clients feel safe enough to discuss, clarify, understand and process what they’re going through, their intrusive thoughts, overwhelming feelings and eventually be empowered and more equipped to cope through self-awareness, psychoeducation and healthier coping tools.
