My goal is to help clients understand themselves better through Psychoeducation and the structured process of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In each session, clients will be taking an active role in recognizing their thoughts and how it impacts both emotions and behavior. This includes learning how to challenge thinking and behavioral patterns that stems from core beliefs.
