We’re not afraid of ghosts: Understanding the ghosting phenomenon

A Wellness Webinar by Mind You

Wednesday, 22 February, 5-6 PM

About The Event

What is this webinar about?

Ghosting is a behavior where someone ends a relationship or interaction suddenly and without explanation. It is often associated with dating, but can also occur in other types of relationships, such as friendships and work connections. It has become a common practice due to the ease of communication through digital channels and the prevalence of dating apps. However, it’s a complex phenomenon and can have negative consequences for those who experience it. To better understand ghosting, it’s important to consider why people do it and how to cope if it happens. This webinar aims to provide insights into this phenomenon and help individuals navigate the challenges posed by it.

What will I learn?

  • Understand the ghosting phenomenon and why some people engage in such behavior.
  • Recognize the signs of being ghosted.
  • Know how to effectively move past being ghosted.
