This prepaid voucher can be used to book a session with a licensed psychologist or certified coach through the Mind You app.
Whether you’re navigating stress, a life transition, or simply want a safe space to talk things through, this voucher gives you access to professional mental well-being support on your own time, at your own pace.
How to Use Your Voucher:
- Download the Mind You app.
- Create or log-in to your Mind You account. Watch here to learn more.
- Book a session with your preferred practitioner, date, and time.
- On the payment screen, enter your voucher code in the “Promo Code” field.
- Click apply, then proceed to confirm your booking.
Mechanics:
- Each voucher code may only be used once.
- The voucher can be used for a session with a psychologist or a coach.
- The voucher codes may be applied to any session denomination; applicable adjustments will be made at the time of booking based on the session selected.
- Sessions may be scheduled based on the user’s preferred practitioner, date, and time, subject to availability.
- The voucher codes must be applied during the booking process via the Mind You app.
- The vouchers may be used by the purchaser or shared with another individual.
Terms & Conditions:
- The sessions are available to individuals 18 years old and above.
- If the selected session exceeds the voucher value, the user will be required to settle the difference at the time of booking.
- If the selected session is lower than the voucher value, any remaining balance will not be carried over or refunded.
- Voucher codes are non-refundable and non-convertible to cash.
- Only one voucher code may be used per booking.
- All bookings are subject to practitioner availability and scheduling.
- Standard Mind You rescheduling and cancellation policies shall apply.
- Mind You reserves the right to amend these terms or decline usage in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of applicable policies.
