Last February 15, 2025, Mind You Mental Health Systems Inc. partnered with the Positive Psychology – Psychological Association of the Philippines Special Interest Group (PAP SIG) to co-host a webinar on workplace well-being. The event served as a valuable platform to explore how organizations can take a proactive role in supporting mental health in the workplace, bringing together passionate individuals and professionals committed to creating healthier, more compassionate work environments.

Event Highlights

Ms. Tanya Gonzalez, one of the resource speakers at Mind You, together with Ms. Gabrielle Jade Llamzon, Positive Psychology PAP SIG’s Innovation Team head,  discussed how the workplace affects an individual’s mental health. Together, they unpacked how fostering well-being should be a shared responsibility, not just a personal burden.

Attendees also participated in reflective discussions, sharing the qualities they value in mentally healthy workplaces and how organizations can cultivate them, such as:

  • strong leadership
  • competitive pay and benefits
  • opportunities for career growth
  • a commitment to investing in learning and development
  • a healthy working environment

Overall, the event sparked meaningful conversations and amplified the growing demand for accessible mental health support for employees.
